Typography
Typography is essential to your store's visual identity. Scale Theme offers a simple yet powerful system.
Two font levels

Scale (relative size)
Each font has an adjustable scale from 80% to 130%:
- 80%: Compact, dense text
- 100%: Default size
- 130%: Large, airy text
The scale applies proportionally to all elements using that font. No need to adjust each size individually.
💡Keep the Body scale at 100% for readability. Use the Heading scale to give more or less visual importance to headings relative to the content.
Recommended fonts
For headings
- Inter: Modern, geometric, highly readable
- Assistant: Clean, professional (default)
- Playfair Display: Elegant, serif, luxurious
- Montserrat: Versatile, strong character
- Poppins: Modern, rounded, friendly
For body
- Assistant: Excellent at small sizes (default)
- Inter: Ultra-readable, neutral
- Source Sans Pro: Professional, pleasant
- Nunito: Soft, rounded
- Roboto: Classic, reliable
Impact on buttons
Buttons can use either the Heading or Body font, configurable in the button settings.
