Contact form section with customizable fields and flexible layout.

Contact Form

The Contact Form section displays a contact form that allows visitors to send a message directly from your store. Messages are sent to the merchant email address configured in the Shopify settings.

How It Works

The form uses Shopify's native messaging system. No technical configuration is needed: messages are sent to the email address configured in Settings > General > Store email.

💡Use the subject dropdown rather than a free text field. This allows you to automatically categorize requests and makes it easier for your team to process them.
ℹ️The form automatically includes Shopify's native anti-spam protection. No external reCAPTCHA is needed.
⚠️Messages are sent to the email configured in Shopify > Settings > General. Make sure this address is correct and checked regularly so you don't miss any customer messages.
