Social Proof
Scale Theme offers two complementary social proof blocks for the product page: Visitor Avatars ("X people are viewing this product") and Stars / Rating (rating with review platform).
Block 1: Visitor Avatars
This block displays stacked avatars with a message like "Emily and 1500+ others love this product", creating a popularity effect.
How to Add It
- Open the Shopify theme editor
- Navigate to a product page
- Click Add a block
- Select Social Proof Avatars

💡Upload real avatar photos (or diverse illustrations) rather than leaving the default silhouettes. Real faces significantly strengthen the social proof effect.
Block 2: Stars / Rating
This block displays a star rating with support for multiple review platforms. It can include the platform logo, the number of reviews, and a link to the reviews page.

ℹ️The rating label is determined automatically based on the value: "Excellent" (>= 4.5), "Great" (>= 4.0), "Good" (>= 3.5), "Average" (>= 2.5). You can customize it manually.

⚠️Ratings and review counts are entered manually. Make sure to keep them updated regularly to reflect reality. Obviously fake numbers (e.g., a 5.0 rating with 10,000 reviews) are counterproductive.
